YOGA IS SO GOOD FOR YOU
Bikram Yoga is an amazing wellness practice that I have followed since 2000. It is an all-level series of postures and breathing exercises designed to help oxygenate and tone the body, balance strength and flexibility, regulate body processes and chemistry, detoxify, clear and focus the mind, and much more. I was trained by Bikram Choudhury and his staff in Palm Desert CA, and have been teaching the series in NY and Portland since Summer 2009, watching hundreds of lives improve.
